About your role:

Our newly developed Graduate Program provides an opportunity to accelerate your learning and development within a structured and nurturing environment where you will be provided with ongoing support, mentoring and training.
Ability Action Australia will provide you with a well-rounded knowledge base that sets you up for success, while providing several layers of built-in supervision and mentorship to ensure you are supported as you learn.
Our Graduate Program is custom designed to help build your capability and confidence across six key Occupational Therapy areas including assistive technology, home modifications, SIL/SDA/ILO and mental health and wellness. We will provide all the training and support you need and give you the opportunity to gain experience working with all ages and abilities alongside experts in the field, upskilling you along the way.
