• Chart of accounts and Tax Codes
• Bookkeeping and data entry 
• Inventory Management
• Accounts Receivable and Payable 
• Credit Control, customizing invoices and managing payments
• Bank and Credit card reconciliation
• Payroll System (including Single touch payroll), GST Calculation (Monthly, Quarterly)
• Business Activity statement preparation and lodgements 
• Budgeting and Forecasting, Reporting and tracking financial reports 
• Registration and depreciation of fixed assets
• Managing clients and communication in Xero and MYOB
• Preparation of Individual tax returns
• Handling different types of Occupation-specific clients 
• Different types of incomes and deductions 
• Medicare levy and Medicare levy surcharge 
• Different types of business incomes for individuals (ABN incomes)
• Handling Sole trader tax returns
• Other important concepts of business income
