The Challenge

The Adobe Partner Organisation are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing Partners from the Systems Integrators, eCommerce, Digital and Marketing Agencies, who are focused on building a practice in the region. Reporting to the ANZ Senior Partner Manager, you will work on building out the partner ecosystem across Australia & New Zealand, working very closely with the team in Partner Success, Marketing & Operations to lead the partner practice development and enablement activities that drive end customer success with our platforms. Your deep passion and success will help enable our mission to reach an ever-growing list of global Fortune 500 & local companies as they expand their business operations on the Adobe Experience Cloud.

From enablement and marketing to sales and development.

This role will see you work across a wide range of areas, Partner Sales, Business Development, Operations, Events & Partner Enablement. You'll maintain consistent cadence across multiple stakeholders, ranging from C-suite to ground level practitioners and be a first line contact representing all of Adobe.

What you’ll do

This role requires you to develop a great understanding of managing diverse projects and workstreams and keeping them on track. You'll be able to drive key operational processes in a fast-paced agile environment. This includes having a strong ability to collaborate across all functions of the company and communicate with peers, outside teams and executive staff.

  • Partner Development Associates are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing the enablement and certification of Partners.
  • Under the direction of an Adobe Senior Partner Manager, you'll extract data from various sources and bring them together to build and drive Partner Development Plans.
  • Working directly and building relationships with Adobe Partners to achieve enablement and certification targets.
  • Liaise with our APAC Partner Success Centre of Excellence to deliver tools, content & best practices to our partner ecosystem.
  • Develop in-person/virtual partner events to accelerate enablement & proficiency.
  • Build regular reporting and executive summaries to be shared with Partner and Adobe executives.
  • Working on Adobe Platforms, Data & Insights, Customer Journeys OR Content & Commerce

What you need to succeed

  • Graduate in 2022 OR have graduated no earlier than Dec 2021
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen based in Sydney
  • Ability to work full time as of February 2023
  • Great interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • An eye for detail and delivering to rigid timelines and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action.
  • Process orientated with experience using program/project management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Skilled in collecting, prioritizing, and responding to input from multiple sources.
  • Ability to influence and align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal.
  • Data skills including expertise with Excel and comfort with data and productivity software such as MS Office and PowerBI.
  • Exposure to Program Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Education.
