Being my first journey into the corporate world, I had no idea what to expect when starting the graduate program at AMP. From the first day, the level of support provided to the graduates allowed me to settle in and focus on developing my skills within the organisation. Th e exposure to senior leaders in the organisation through formal and informal development and training sessions provided a great insight into the skills required to excel in the organisation and broader industry. Each rotation provided a unique opportunity to work in a different area of the company and allowed me to develop skills that prepared me for life post-graduate program.
My advice to any new graduate would be ask a lot of questions. The more questions you ask, the more knowledge you will possess at the end of each rotation. Make the most of each 6-month block.
