“If I had to use one word to disrobe the GDBM stream, it would be exposure. As someone who gravitates toward strategic issues and solving business problems, I found rotations in business transformation and strategy highly stimulating, while rotations in investment risk & performance and product development provided foundational knowledge of AMP Capital’s core functions and processes.
Following the graduate program, I have had the opportunity to lead several strategic initiatives, including organisational restructures and a major ESG initiative. More recently, I have relocated to AMP Capital’s London office, and support AMP Capital’s Global Head of Infrastructure Equity with strategy, projects and day to day business management.”
