Being an IT Graduate at AMP has been the most challenging and rewarding experience.
New to the corporate world, it was nerve-racking at first, but one of the benefits of the program is having a buddy and a mentor to help me with the transition. In one rotation I was a valued member of the Growth Transformation Program, undertaking transformation work with a big customer impact which gave me exposure to the business, senior leaders and external stakeholders. The past year has not only provided me the opportunity to develop a different skillsets, but also allowed me to learn more about myself and what I can achieve.
