The opportunity

As an AMP Graduate, you will complete a two-year rotational program (four six-month rotations) providing you with the flexibility needed to create your tomorrow. 

Taking on meaningful work from day one, you’ll be guided through a tailored training program which aims to accelerate your personal and professional development.

The Technology Graduate Program offers pathways for graduates who want to apply their skills in an innovative and global environment. With a focus on designing, developing and enhancing our technology systems and architecture, our graduates are drivers of change who are passionate about creating market leading customer and employee experiences. Providing the opportunity to grow transferrable capabilities including extensive programming, coding, development, analyst and change skills, the Technology graduate program puts our graduates at the forefront of an ever-changing Technology landscape.

Your Graduate journey

During the two-year program, you will rotate through four teams enabling you build on your skills and take on meaningful, challenging work from the very start of your journey.

Your remuneration package will include:

  • A permanent full-time contract from the start of the program

Recruitment process and timeframes

1. Submit your online application (5-10 mins) 

OPEN NOW Once submitted you will receive updates from us throughout the process and notifications of what to expect next 

2. Complete an online assessment (10-15 mins) 

You will be invited to complete this in July

3. Complete a video interview (15-20 mins)

You will be invited to complete this after your online assessment in July

4. Attend an assessment centre (5 hours)

These have been scheduled for September

5. Offer process and welcome to AMP

Offers will be made after the assessment centres and we will host welcome events and onboarding activities from October
