AMP Capital – Global Distribution & Business Management (GDBM) Graduate Program

The Global Distribution & Business Management (GDBM) stream is all about our clients, products, sales, marketing, communications, data, enterprise risk and strategy – everything that makes an investment management firm tick. The stream is ideally suited to those graduates interested in joining AMP Capital and the investment management industry, but who do not necessarily have an interest in directly managing funds.

Through the two-year, four rotation graduate program, we offer our graduates diverse exposure and experience across a range of GDBM disciplines. The stream spans three divisions of AMP Capital:

  • Asia Pacific
  • Finance, Risk, Strategy & Technology
  • Public Markets

Rotations Offered:

The two-year program offers four, six-month rotations across the GDBM stream, based in Sydney. For certain rotations, there would also be regular collaboration with colleagues based in AMP Capital’s offshore offices.
