How it works

• Join us on a permanent, full-time basis
• Spend the initial 18 months in our ANCA Graduate Program
• Get exposure to key areas across the business through program rotations
• Learn from those who are passionate about what they do – have a dedicated Mentor to guide and support you throughout the Program
• Gain professional and technical skills through structured development programs and hands-on work experience

Talented and passionate graduates in the following engineering disciplines (or similar):

• Mechatronic & Robotics
• Mechanical
• Electrical & Electronics
• Software
• Computer Science or Data Science 
• Automation and Control Systems

Eligibility

To be eligible for the ANCA Graduate Program, you must: 

• Be currently in the final year of your degree program, or
• Have graduated in the last 24 months at the time of application
• Be currently residing within Australia with current working rights

Assessment Centre/Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an on-site assessment centre and/or interview. This is a chance to delve deeper into your skills and experiences, and also provides you with a platform to showcase your abilities and potential.

Offer

After reference checks, successful candidates will receive an offer.
