What makes a great Institutional Division Graduate?

Our graduates are passionate about understanding and helping our customers meet their needs through creative ideas, data, research and problem solving whilst building business relationships along the way. We’re on the lookout for friendly, curious, self-motivated people who are keen to build their understanding of how a business operates. We take a lot of pride in our work, so collaboration, flexibility, agility and communication are important, as well as demonstrating a learning/growth mindset. We’re interested in people who flourish in a team environment but can break away from the pack and work on delivering creative solutions autonomously.

Candidate Suitability

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about putting our customers first, working across teams to find effective solutions for our customers and are curious and resilient.

We are looking for well-rounded graduates who are keen to join a fast-paced, rapidly transforming business environment. The best graduates to come through this program are from diverse backgrounds but have one thing in common: they’re passionate about our customers, curious about the business we are in and able to work collaboratively across the bank.
