Activate your Career
Ready to kick start your career? ANZ has awesome Graduate Programs. If you're ready to learn, we're ready to show you the way. Our program will ensure you get 18 months of critical experiences as well as exposure to a diverse range of people, environments and situations before moving into a permanent role within the bank. Each of our key business areas in Australia and New Zealand has programs that offer multiple rotations. We also provide supportive coaching, peer-to-peer learning, mentoring, training, networking and sponsorship from senior leaders.
We have programs in a range of our divisions including our Risk Division.
About the Risk Program
As a Risk Grad, you’ll be rotating through 3 different roles, aligned to the services Risk offers, in different areas within Group Risk. This graduate programme is unique; unlike working in a consulting firm and advising clients, you will be getting into the thick of things and contributing and building on our core purpose - to support ANZ through change.
- Get great cross-skill development, regular one-on-one coffee catch ups and plenty of social activities with other graduates as well as senior people in Group Risk that you’ll love to learn from.
- Work on a graduate project in the first 6 months which lets you take ownership of a piece of work entirely! You will be supported by a project sponsor and a project coach but it’ll be your project to deliver on.
- Develop strong problem solving and decision making skills and drive change through understanding of risk management
