Typically our Graduate Development Program selection process looks like this:

Online Applications – complete the application form, submit Cover Letter, CV, and Transcripts.
All Applications are to be submitted via our careers page. Emailed applications will not be considered. Take your time when completing the application form and make sure that you attach all the documentation we have requested.
Cognitive Ability Testing
Selected candidates will be invited to complete an abstract, numerical and verbal reasoning test. You will receive an email with a link directing you to the testing. It typically takes 12 minutes to complete. Ensure you are in a quiet location where you won’t be interrupted and have a reliable internet connection.
Selected candidates will be invited to complete a video interview. You will receive an email with a link directing you to the video interviewing platform. Make sure you follow the instructions provided and read the questions carefully before preparing your answers. This is where you get the opportunity to tell us more about yourself. Ensure you are in a quiet location where you won’t be interrupted and have a reliable internet connection.
Attend an Assessment Centre
Selected candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre. Our Assessment Centres will take place in our metropolitan offices. At Assessment Centre you will have the opportunity to meet with leaders of our business, participate in activities and have an interview.
Pre-employment Checks / Offers
Our checking stage will include reference checking, criminal history checking and medical checking.
If you have been successful and we offer you a position, a member of the Graduate Program Team will contact you to extend a formal offer. Details of the offer can be discussed and electronic offers are generated. We will stay in touch with you through to the Program starting.
