About the Graduate Program
The APM Group Graduate Program is entirely unique in that it offers you the opportunity to experience multiple brands through a two-year program of experiences designed to kick start your health career.
Spend nine months in both APM Workcare or Konekt WorkCare - getting a feel for two different brands and how they work in the occupational health sector.
At 18 months, you'll have the option to remain with brand you are in, relocate to one of our regional locations (or New Zealand), or spend six months working with another of our brands on the Defence contract.
At the end of your 24-month program, you'll be welcomed to remain in the APM Group with an ongoing permanent employment offer.
Opportunities exist in the following areas of study:
- Occupational Therapy
- Exercise Physiology
- Psychology (Clinical and Organisational)
- Speech Pathology
- Social Work
- Rehabilitation Counselling
