About the role:

The Supply Chain Graduate will have an opportunity to be part of a number of activities that improve operational and manufacturing processes. These activities will concentrate on Safety, Productivity Improvement, Engineering and Supply Chain improvement as prioritised by the business. Our primary objective is to develop a self-motivated and driven graduate who is capable of adapting and responding to emerging challenges in our diverse and competitive environment.

A single-point mentor of an experienced engineer (with MBA) will work with the Graduate for the two year period (12 months in maintenance then 12 months in production).

The site is big enough that you will see world class manufacturing but small enough to make a difference.

About you:

We are looking for a keen graduate with tertiary qualifications in electrical, industrial, mechanical or mechatronics engineering. Candidates with up to two years of post-qualification experience will be considered.

During the assessment process, you will need to demonstrate a willingness to further develop your skills and knowledge. You will ideally be able to do this whilst showcasing your communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
