In recent years, there has been an increasing realisation of the critical importance of supporting mental health and wellbeing as well as good physical health. Ashurst is implementing a range of initiatives to help partners and staff maintain good mental health and support those experiencing mental ill health.
Our Wellbeing Program volunteers to be Wellbeing and Mental Health First Aid Officers. These Officers are intended to be a key resource for partners and staff to support and guide members of the firm who feel they need someone to talk to about their options or concerns regarding their own mental health or the mental health of their colleagues. Formal training is provided to and on-going support ensures they remain abreast of best practice and feel supported in their roles.

- Building knowledge and awareness through recognising key dates such as RU OK? Day
