Secondly, we work hard to actively include everyone, through a considered use of employee support groups. These groups put on a huge variety of events to educate, inform and entertain, and, crucially, they act as a forum for ideas, issues and priorities that are conveyed to all the partners. Thirdly, through clear action plans, we make sure our focus is not just on recruiting employees from different backgrounds, faiths and cultures, but on supporting them fairly, understanding their perspectives and making them feel genuinely welcome.
