ASX knows that a diverse and inclusive work environment brings performance benefits.
We support a workplace where employees have equal access to career opportunities, training and benefits. We treat employees fairly and respectfully and ensure they are not judged by their gender, age, ethnicity, race, cultural background, religion, sexual orientation, disability or caring responsibilities.
We promote gender equality as a priority. We have a target of 40% female representation for all management levels and participate in the Chief Executive Women Leaders Development program which provides individual coaching for staff members.
ASX reviews the pay of employees each year to ensure that males and females are paid equitably, we have a dedicated remuneration committee which reviews pay equity yearly.
We have three established Employee Network Groups (ENG’s) Culture & Heritage, OWN (Our Women’s Network) and ASX Giving. We are currently defining our ENG for LGBTIQ+.
Our aim is to lead an organisation which values and celebrates diversity, where every employee feels a strong sense of belonging and where everyone is comfortable to bring their whole self to work.
