We are working to eliminate gender discrimination and remove barriers to equal participation.
Our Women in Leadership Development groups help identify ways of promoting gender equity and improve working conditions for women. Additionally, we provide opportunities to participate in external events that promote women’s leadership.
We also have Champions of Change groups that discuss ways in which male colleagues advocate for, and advance gender equality within the Audit Office. We celebrate International Women’s Day every year.
Our policies to support flexible work hours and parental leave apply equally to all genders, and enable all our people to better balance carer responsibilities with workload.
