We are recruiting for our 2023 Graduate Program, and we’re looking for graduates from a range of disciplines. 

Our Graduate Program

Our goal is to build you up for success. Our 2 year graduate program will include rotations within our various business units to enable you to better understand what we do, as well as develop your capability and skills with hands on experience and learning. At the end of your Graduate Program, you will be transferred to permanent role within AusNet matched to your skills, capability, and career pathway.

Your role

As a Graduate of our Engineering stream, you will support senior engineers and field-based employees in provision of engineering solutions, ensuring safety, integrity and efficiency of the network. In Victoria, we own and operate the Electricity Transmission Network, as well as one of five Electricity Distribution Networks and one of three Gas Distribution Networks. You will gain experience in a hybrid working model, both in the office and out in the field.

To be eligible to apply for our Engineering Graduate Program, you will have full working rights in Australia, and have graduated in 2021 or graduate by December 2022, with a degree qualification in any of the fields below:

· Electrical Engineering

· Renewable Energy Engineering (with a selection of Electrical Engineering units)
