IT Help Desk - Brisbane/Regional Internship

Brief description of tasks: 

• Assist installing and configuring hardware operating systems and applications 
• Support the team monitor and maintain computer systems and networks 
• Assist with troubleshoot system, network problems, diagnosing & solving faults 
• Assist in providing support, procedural documentation, and relevant reports 
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system 
• Develop an understanding of how to support the roll-out of new applications 
• Assist set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password ISS 
• Ticketing System 
• SharePoint & Exchange Admin center.

The host organisation is an IT services and website development provider catering to SMEs and located in the greater Brisbane area - regional postcode.
