Bankwest graduate Program
How does it work?
Our structured graduate programs start in February and range from one to two years. There are five specialist streams available in Customer Experience, Data Science, Business Banking, Risk Management, and Technology and Transformation.
From day one you’ll be doing real work that impacts the business and be receiving both technical and soft-skills training. You’ll have the support of a buddy and be able to make a social contribution by participating in development and volunteering initiatives.
When you complete the program, we'll work with you to understand your career goals and determine your strengths to position you in a role that best suits you and the business.
We have roles available in the open-plan Bankwest head office located in the centre of Perth.
We try to make the process as simple and easy as possible. It starts with an online application and progresses to online assessments, digital interviews and face to face meetings with members of our team.
A great team: We have an open, friendly, collaborative environment – as a graduate you'll be embraced into our culture. We’re not just a workplace, we’re a community.
Community activity: We care about the community and recognise the importance of giving back, when working with us you are actively encouraged and supported to be involved in charity and community initiatives.

Industry Knowledge: Grow yourself and gain an in-depth understanding of the current banking market while you get authentic, on the job experience.
Make a difference: We value our graduates input and your opinions will be heard. You will be working on real customer problems, applying your knowledge and skills to help deliver what matters to our customers.
