Graduate Program
Our Program
This is a new program within our growing Agribusiness which aims to provide graduates with a hands-on opportunity to learn a variety of skills in key areas of our business.
The program will run for 2 years, commencing in February across multiple rotations. We aim to provide you with the ideal environment to foster your passions, strengths and fast track your career with hands on experience.

Streams Available:
Medium Scale Row Cropping- Multiple high intensity vegetable farms across QLD, NSW and Tasmania growing a wide variety of crops under multiple management systems to suit the crop and soil types. Farms are setup or being modified to be highly efficient with reduced water and fertilizer usage
Protective Cropping- Greenhouses of varying levels of technology from low to medium technology growing Radish, herbs and Asian vegetables. Both soil and hydroponic production are used to grow these vegetables.
Operations/ Supply Chain- Significant effort and investment is put into the development and running of our farms across the country. All of this is to no avail, if the produce cannot get to the customer. The operations and supply chain teams link the farms to the customer. Stock needs to be chilled, labelled and delivered to the customers in a timely fashion.
