Our Graduate Program, commencing in February 2025, is designed to develop highly skilled professionals ready to thrive in the dynamic world of financial services. Over 18 months, you will gain hands-on experience across a number of different business divisions, receive personalised mentoring and on-going training. This rotational program offers a comprehensive understanding of our business, preparing you for a successful career in finance.

What We Offer:

Rotational Experience: Engage in a number of rotations across some of our different divisions such as Retail and Self-Directed Stockbroking, Corporate Finance, Institutional Broking, Margin Lending, Research, Compliance and Operations.

Project Participation: Work on real-world projects that influence business outcomes.

Client Interaction: Develop client-facing skills by participating in client meetings and presentations.

Training & Development: Attend workshops, training sessions, and seminars to build technical and soft skills.

Networking: Connect with senior leaders and peers, as well as exposure to networking events and mentoring.

Permanent Role: A permanent role is offered upon program completion.

Who We're Looking For:

Education: Recent graduates or final-year students with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or related fields.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attributes: Motivated, adaptable, team-oriented and eager to learn.

Experience: Previous work experience in financial services is an advantage but not essential.

Available: Able to commence our program on 3 February 2025.
