An exciting opportunity exists in our Client Enablement team for an Accounting, Business or Commerce graduate who is motivated to learn about the Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) industry. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting existing and new clients with onboarding and supporting clients with their transition to our SMSF and Corporate Compliance software solutions. You'll work alongside our Account Management and Sales Teams to ensure a successful onboarding process for all clients and work with our Support Team to resolve client queries.
You'll hold a business or commerce degree ideally majoring in Accounting and have the ability to manage high volumes of sensitive data coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a customer focused approach.
