Our New Zealand team are seen as the ‘Innovators’ of the company, with many new products launched here before anywhere else in the world. This innovative and customer service mindset is why we’re looking for graduates in the following disciplines in our Auckland National Office. Our Customer and Products business is divided between our Fuels / Retail business, Lubricants and Air bp. Our Retail business provides advantaged fuel, convenience and loyalty programmes to customers at over 17,000 service stations worldwide. Our market-leading lubricants business delivers Castrol and a range of high-quality BP branded products to over 100 countries – products that help cars, ships, aeroplanes, industrial plants, wind turbines and even computers run more efficiently.

About the Graduate program
As a Graduate with BP, you’ll gain access to world class learning and developing programs as well as participate in projects that will both challenge you and provide you with real on the job experience. This 2-year program includes 2 rotations in different parts of the business to truly allow you the opportunity to discover where your strengths and passions are in the corporate world. You will be teamed up with a hand-picked mentor that will support you on your journey with BP and provide you with invaluable leadership, insights and networking. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a number of key competencies and skills - commercial acumen, commercial risk management, offer and product knowledge and a strong appreciation for customer insights, just to name a few!
Working across operating teams and support functions, you’ll enjoy challenging work in a highly agile environment and a get a real taste of life at BP. We’ll also welcome your ideas and opinions, trust you to deliver, and treat you with the respect and value that you deserve.
To be eligible for our program you will:
- be an NZ or Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of application
- have academic results of credit average (65) or above
- be in your final year of study
- be studying or have studied a relevant degree type
