How will I help?

Being the first point of contact for customers, employers, internal and external advisors you will serve and delight every customer when they call regarding products and services offered by BT. BT provides customers with a full spectrum of wealth services, including investment, superannuation and retirement income products, investment platforms, private banking and insurance solutions. We collaborate to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and the company overall as one team and through our phone-based business, we help our customers by giving them guidance and access to the best Superannuation, Insurance and Investment products. And as you make a real difference for our customers, you’ll become a subject matter expert on all thing’s wealth management. Which means you’ll be in the right place to kickstart an amazing career in the Financial Services industry too.

What do I need to succeed?

You will be an energetic and resilient individual who would like to commence or continue their career in Wealth Management. As a natural communicator you'll have excellent verbal and written skills and be passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service. Ideally you will have current/previous experience working in either a contact centre or customer service environment, with strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. And of course, an understanding of banking and financial services would be a plus!
