IT Internship - Remote Assistance

The Position:

We’re looking for an IT Internship- Remote Assistance

You may be provided work experience in the following areas:

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and by email as appropriate.
• Flexible work practices and tools to help you set up your remote workstation.
• Part-time or Full-time.
• Perform user administration duties.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Java, .NET, JavaScript or HTML/DHTML and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management

The Location: Our client is based in Earlwood, NSW
