The Opportunity   

As Bürkert continues to grow, we need enthusiastic and highly entrepreneurial budding leaders to help shape our future.   

Over the course of the full-time 2 year graduate program, you will rotate through key areas of the business which will help equip you with an intimate understanding of how Bürkert operates. You will work in key areas like Internal Customer Sales, Engineering, Service and be trained in all things process control, including hardware, software, networks, markets, applications and systems etc. We offer a competitive salary, other extras as well as a trip to our German factories on completion (click here to take a look). 


Skills and Experience   

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development and aim to become a future leader in a dynamic customer service environment. To be successful, you will have:

  • A Degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Full Australian working rights – Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • The capability to work autonomously.
  • An inquisitive nature, be someone that likes to tinker, who thinks beyond the theory and strives to apply their skills in a broad market of interesting applications.
  • Excellent written and oral skills and be a great presenter.
