The Role
Reporting to the Coordinator Asset Management, you will be based in Windsor and responsible for ensuring asset management disciplines are applied to the management of Council assets. This includes the implementation and maintenance of Asset Management strategies policies, processes and procedures, and ensuring they are met across Council.
About You
You will be experienced in Engineering Asset Management, the ability to meet strict deadlines, have exceptional organisation skills, and be able to manage multiple projects at the one time. You will also have a solid and broad knowledge of Asset Management Systems and be able to facilitate work across multiple branches within Council.
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering Asset Management or equivalent, Class C Drivers Licence, and White Card
- Knowledge and experience in asset management, including planning, budgeting, life cycle costing, management/maintenance programs and business case development
- Developed communication skills with the ability to collaborate with people at all levels through liaison, negotiation, and consultation
- Knowledge and experience in conducting asset management modelling, including statutory reporting
- Experience in management of system maintenance, including data integrity, accuracy, and quality with relevant documentation
