2023 Graduate Program - Supply Chain and Logistics

Our Graduate Program

We recognise the value graduates add to our business. So, we designed a program that gives you meaningful work, access to experienced mentors and the opportunity to learn and grow. We are an action-oriented company where not only will you be developed but your ideas and suggestions are also always welcome!

We are looking to ultimately develop you into a senior manager that leads teams to ensure our product is getting to our customers safely and on time. As a Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate, you will complete multiple rotations, spending your time across different sites and locations on the East Coast of Australia. Your experiences will include day-to-day responsibilities, project work and both structured and on-the-job learning.

We will connect you with mentors and provide opportunities to network with other graduates. As a future leader of our business, it is important to us that you do “real work” and therefore you’ll be exposed to the full cycle of our operations. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet with, engage and present to senior leaders in our business to help develop those important soft skills to compliment your supply chain and logistics knowledge.

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate

You will work across our supply chain network. It is diverse, storing and transporting bulk and packaged products via road, rail and sea. What does that actually mean for you? Throughout the program, you could experience rotations in road transport, planning, customer delivery or terminals (just to name a few). Each rotation will have you working as part of a team that is ensuring our products are delivered safely and on time. To achieve this, one day you could be solving a customer delivery problem, the next you could be working on an improvement project. We are committed to delivering to our customers and we will draw on our extensive network to find a way to make it happen. No matter what, you will have the opportunity to learn, develop your skills and experience the challenges and wins we achieve on a daily basis.
