Ensure you have the required documents ready when you apply. This includes:
- Academic Transcript (You can submit an unofficial version in circumstances where official transcripts are not available)
- CV/Resume highlighting the skills you may have gained as a result of work experience or during your studies
- English Proficiency Test Results***
***Only applicable if you are an international student. You will require a minimum overall score depending on the test taken as follows; IELTS 7.0, PTE 65, TOEFL 94 or CAE 185. You should have undertaken the English test within 3 years from the date of submission of this application.
Once we've reviewed your online application and if we have progressed you to stage 2, you will receive an invitation to participate in a gamified cognitive and emotional intelligence test.
Please note: you will have three (3) days to complete your testing. The sooner you complete your online test, the sooner we may be able to progress your application to the next stage. If you are unable to complete your assessment in the specified timeframe, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to consider your application.
If you meet the requirements of the online testing, you may be progressed onto stage 3.
The video interview will allow us to understand you better, so let your personality shine through. The sooner you submit your video interview, the sooner we may be able to progress you to the next stage.
If you are unable to submit your interview within the specified timeframe, we will be unable to review your submission and we suggest not leaving the interview submission to the last minute.
Based on your psychometric testing and the video interview, we may invite you to attend one of our assessment centres or a phone interview dependent on your location. At the assessment centre, you'll get the opportunity to participate in a range of activities to showcase your skills.
If you make it to the final stage of the recruitment process, you will be required to attend a face-to-face interview with the employer you have been matched with.
The team at Chartered Accountants ANZ will be reviewing your submission at each of the stages before progressing you to the next stage. We strongly advise you to complete the stages that you are progressed to at the earliest possible as we can’t guarantee review of submissions that are received after the cut-off date for each of the stages.
It is important that you understand that Chartered Accountants ANZ is under no obligation to progress you through any or all stages of the application process.
Ideal candidates will possess good communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, time management skills, an eagerness to learn and a strong desire to work in the industry.
