Based in the Brisbane CBD, Clear Objective's operations include the complete scope of ERP software delivery from software development, project management, customisation, application delivery to ongoing support.

About The Role

Work with the implementation, support, and/or development teams to assist senior staff to manage, enhance, and maintain Clear Objective's suite of business software solutions. Opportunity for advancement into implementation and project management work, including on-site work with customers throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

A broad range of activities under the guidance and supervision of senior business consultants, including:

· Software installation

· Software configuration

· Data structure design, mapping and conversion

· Data importing and manipulation

· Business process implementation

· System and database administration

· Script writing and Report writing

· Software and data verification testing

· Preparation of documentation (e.g. user and technical guides)

About You

This is not a role for those who believe that every day should be predictable. On any given day you might be working on a project onboarding a new customer business, resolving issues for an existing customer, delivering training on-site, or via the web, or even planning the next new software enhancement. 

Our Business Solutions Consultants are critical to our success… they understand our software completely and how our customers use it in their business. They contribute from our first engagement with a prospect, right through our customers’ implementation and beyond.

You will be:

• A team player 
• A self-starter with an ability to work unsupervised
• Able to work to delivery targets
• Open to suggestion, assistance and critique
• An excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communicator
• Meticulous at record keeping and documentation
• Well versed in Microsoft Office
• Well presented, smart and fun!

Highly Regarded Skills:

· Understanding of fundamental accounting principles

· Understanding of sales, purchasing, warehousing and accounting business processes

· Knowledge of ERP systems and similar business-related software

· Software programming
