About Commonwealth Bank

Commonwealth Bank

Great things happen when you bring different perspectives together. This is why at CommBank, we’re looking for the best and brightest minds, across every degree. We know that sometimes your degree isn’t the end of the journey, and that for a lot of people what you study isn’t necessarily what you end up doing. That’s an unlikely match.

We are continuously expanding our capabilities, therefore we need to make sure we are recruiting students with skills across all disciplines to adjust to an ever changing environment. As Australia’s largest bank, we have a great footprint with graduates and interns, and are seen as a true employer of choice.

At CommBank, our Graduate and Summer Intern programs are a challenging and rewarding way to kick-start your career.

What can you expect as a Graduate or Summer Intern?

Shine: Contribute from day one by working on real projects that impact our business and our customers, within Australia’s largest bank.

Develop: Participate in market-leading training to develop your technical and soft skills. This will help with the transition to full-time work from university and ensure you excel in your immediate and future roles.

Network: Build networks and friendships through unparalleled access to senior leaders, project leads and program sponsors, enhancing your personal and business profile.

Contribute: Give back to the community through graduate initiatives, driving positive change across our organisation and improving the wellbeing of our graduate cohort.
