Customer Care Specialist

This role is open to applicants who live in or close to Central Victoria, including the Ballarat, Horsham, and Bendigo regions.

Our Customer Care Specialists are the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us on a broad range of everyday banking enquiries. You’ll leave a lasting impression on your customers by providing friendly, personal and efficient service. 

You’re empathetic and resilient. By walking in our customer’s shoes you’ll ask the right questions to understand what they really need and find them the best solutions. You’ll do your very best to resolve all enquiries on the first call and you’ll achieve this by communicating, listening and learning.

Work from home with us

These positions have been designed so you can successfully perform your role in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a designated private work area and a fast and stable connection to the internet. You will also need to live in an area with adequate mobile coverage or have a home phone line installed - leave the rest to us! 

*Please note; you may be required to attend one of our locations from time to time if any technical support is required. On that basis, we would prefer applicants to be based within an easy commutable distance from one of our business banking centres in either Ballarat, Bendigo or Horsham.

Our shifts and training

We offer an interactive and supportive training program that’ll ensure you make an immediate and lasting impression on our customers from day one. Training will be conducted virtually for 4 weeks, with further on-the-job training and support for an additional 9 weeks!

We have multiple Part Time positions available operating on the below shift: 

9:30am -3:00pm Tuesday to Saturday 

*Please note; the first 4 weeks will be 9:30am-3:00pm Monday to Friday, before reverting to the permanent shift.

Your development

In addition to training, we offer an 18 month development program to upskill and develop your Customer Care capabilities. Our 4 tier development program will see you broaden your skills across multiple banking products to help enhance the customer experience, with remuneration increases for each tier you reach.
