About the Role

A great opportunity to get hands on experience with one of Australia’s Industry Leaders in Crown’s Smithfield Head Office. As the InfoLink Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing technical support service to Crown’s InfoLink Customers in Australia by ensuring hardware, software, data and networks are supported and maintained efficiently according with the company’s InfoLink objectives. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Record and manage requests and queries to the InfoLink Service Desk
  • Provide 1st Level support services to customers
  • Answer all incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner and interpret the customer needs and act accordingly
  • Identify and report common issues for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Aid the Project Management Team where necessary for customer installations.
  • Assist the InfoLink Technology members as required.
  • General ad hoc

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated industry experience in a corporate environment
