Rental Coordinator

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organised individual, who will be positioning themselves as the point of contact for the Rental department in the Brisbane branch, based in Acacia Ridge. As the Rental Coordinator, you will be providing support to the Sales and Service department regarding truck selection and/or provision, inclusive of all processing and reporting requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Raise and close rental agreements and transport documentation relating to all rental equipment
  • Manage the process for all new rental units being added to the fleet
  • Liaise with the Management team to continually review the fleet condition, by enabling maximum availability of rental ready equipment
  • Work closely with the Sales Executives and Transport Coordinator to ensure timely movement of Rental equipment
  • Provide administrative support with reporting or tasks as required by the Administration Manager and the branch
