Genus Graduate Program 2025

About the role

Our Grads are a big part of our culture and achievements, so we invest every effort into nurturing their talents. You’ll start off with a two-week guild rotation, then enjoy ongoing mentorship, skills workshops and continued support. You’ll also get a pay rise after 6 months and a promotion opportunity after 12 months.

Grads are placed in roles that suit their strengths, skills and aspirations. This year, we’re particularly on the lookout for:

• UX/UI Designers 
• Art Directors
• Copywriters
• Strategists
• Business Managers

About you

You must be entitled to work in Australia and have completed a relevant course or degree in the last two years to apply. 

We’re not looking for a specific qualification. You might have studied marketing, design, communication, business or tech, but above all, we value personality and attitude. If you’ve got bold ideas, a keenness to collaborate, loads of curiosity, focus and drive, this one’s for you.

What are the key dates?

Applications are open from 6 September to 6 October, 2024. Chosen grads will need to be ready to start work in January 2025.
