Our First Nations Internship program is a structured learning and development program that combines elements of learning, connectivity and community. 

Gain comprehensive learning and industry experience aligned to your field of study and give back to the community through high-impact, meaningful and purpose-led projects.

Learning
Your learning activities will align with the business area you join, focusing on professional capabilities and experiences that will help prepare you for the future. You will build knowledge and skills via participation in all aspects of our Summer Vacationer learning program and meaningful client projects. 

Connectivity 

Alongside formal mentoring and professional development, you’ll have opportunities to connect and share perspectives with First Nations leadership and employee groups, providing an invaluable voice on Deloitte’s First Nations strategy and business matters that impact First Nations communities. 

Community 

The program will provide students with meaningful opportunities to connect and give back to local Indigenous communities. 

Who should apply?  

To apply, you’ll expect to complete your studies in 2024 and confirm that you identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander  in the application form.
