Graduate opportunity:

Business Consultant -   

Digital consulting, provide support for the digital strategy and transformation planning processes.

• Conducting research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of the business

• Analysing statistics

• Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them

• Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing

• Facilitate visioning, ideation and business solution workshops

• Conduct business value mapping

• Understanding of Human Centred Design principles

• offer advice and expertise to organisations

• Help them improve their business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy through developing digital strategies, business cases and strategy road maps

• Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies

• Developing and implementing new procedures or training

Pre-requisite skills that graduates would ideally have

• Having an Agile mindset and in depth agile awareness

• Highly developed listening skills

• High emotional intelligence

Key Skills

Creative and good with detail. Personable and able to develop strong relationships. Presentational skills, Verbal and Written skills. 

Your journey starts from Day 1

You will take part in a structured induction program where you will have the opportunity to meet other graduates from your cohort across Australia and New Zealand and undertake training to get you up to speed with the DXC environment and build your interpersonal skills.

What we’re looking for?

To be eligible for our Graduate Program, when submitting your application, you must be:

  • An Australian citizen
  • Have completed all course requirements for your degree no earlier than November 2020, and must be expecting to complete all course requirements for your degree no later than February 2023

Note: Previous exposure to the Technology or Business sector (i.e. work placements or internships) or ex-Defence personnel (post serving time in Military) would be an advantage for some roles.

All degrees are accepted.
