Job Description

 

We are seeking candidates for a NEW Graduate Service Delivery Coordinator role in Sydney. The job description for the role is as below.

Implementation and ongoing management of the Central Tools Machine (CTM is an appliance/server used to deliver monitoring and automation capabilities to DXC customers). This appliance is deployed in client environments and linked back to core DXC Monitoring toolsets.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assists in the deployment and guidance of the Central Tools Machine, this is documented in step by step guides available in github.
  • Assist in ongoing support of the solution when queries are raised on the use of the product or upgrades of the software are required.
  • Support trouble shooting efforts for issues raised.
  • Monitors progress of deployments, health and ongoing operations of the CTM Appliance.
  • Interacts with client onboarding projects to delivery the appliance with the defined timelines of the project.
  • Continue to grow into the subject matter expert on the CTM product.

Other Skills 

  • Experience working with Docker, Python, Ansible, AWS or Bash
  • Excellent verbal, communication and documentation skills. 
  • Willingness to learn
