PROJECT CO ORDINATOR

  

PROJECT CO ORDINATORS  play the executive role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. They are accountable for the project scope, project team, resources, and delivery of the project.

· Scheduling long and short-term targets for the team

· Maintain quality of works throughout from Team and subcontractors

· Ensuring staff comply with Code of Conduct Policies 

· Reviewing budgets

· Documenting and recording variations for invoicing 

· Sub-contractor management and scheduling

· Order materials with job numbers required

· Producing SWMS and JSA

· Onsite Safety officer

· Implementing cost control measures

· Communicating with director and site supervisors also client if required

· Managing UpToDate daily log and man hours to suit budgets
