Our Council for Diversity and Inclusion is chaired by our CEO and oversees the implementation of our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. We always aim to put people at the heart of what we do. Across our business, passionate advocates have the opportunity to contribute directly to working parties focused on inclusion. These groups identify, research and recommend initiatives to our Council for Diversity and Inclusion and the opportunity to be involved in putting them into practice. There is space for everyone to be involved!
We were honoured to have our focus on diversity and inclusion recognised in the HRD Awards and Australian HR Institute Awards in 2018.
