If you are due to graduate in 2022, you will be eligible for the following EY programs.
EY Cadet Program
As a cadet, you’ll accelerate your development as you combine work with study to get the best of both worlds. Always learning and reaching higher, you’ll be the centre of a supportive team, working on client projects and gaining experiences to help accelerate your studies.
How it works
As a cadet, you'll combine full-time work with part-time university studies. It takes drive and commitment, but we'll provide you with the support you need to succeed. You'll gain valuable experience working with clients and will be exposed to senior managers early so that you can learn from some of the best in the organisation. And don’t worry – we completely understand that this will be your first time working within a professional environment. That’s why we’ll provide you with extensive training, coaching, detailed guidance and skills development. And when you do graduate, the experience you'll have gained through the Cadet Program may place you head and shoulders above your peers.
We will consider students from all degrees including accounting, commerce, law, information technology, engineering, information systems and computer science degrees. The Cadet Program is currently offered in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
You need to be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident.
EY Game Changers Club
You know there’s more to studying than just understanding theory. It’s never too early to look beyond the theory and start exploring how your skills could build into your future career.
How it works
As a member of the EY Game Changers Club, you’ll be invited to attend events throughout the year and learn about the world today and beyond that you won’t get from a text book.
You’ll network with business leaders and EY professionals who’ll share insights and stories about the decisions they’ve made in their careers.
You can apply to join the Game Changers Club if you’re graduating in 2022 or 2023.
You need to be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident to be eligible for this program.
EY Career Compass Program
How can undiscovered opportunities help you discover your best self? Discover your direction with the EY Career Compass Program. During our structured learning sessions, you’ll learn how to evaluate your career options to make smarter decisions for your future.
How it works
The Career Compass Program experience is designed to give you a first-hand experience of EY, so you can find out as much about us as possible about EY people, culture, how EY teams operate and provide services, and most importantly, how we can help you to build your future. Demonstrate that you’re a high achiever, and you may be invited to interview for the EY Vacationer Program.
Apply to the Career Compass Program in your first, second or third year of your degree if you are on track to graduate in mid or late 2022.
