About the role: 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate Speech Pathologist to play an integral role in developing a dynamic Allied Health team. You will use your clinical skills and work collaboratively alongside a multidisciplinary team of therapists, to deliver health and wellbeing outcomes to individuals.

Suitable Applicants will: 

· Have proven experience in diagnosing and treating communication disorders.

· Demonstrated knowledge and application of Speech Pathology principles.

· Experience in a range of communication tools.

· Have the ability to develop and maintain relevant client records and reports.

· Create, implement and evaluate client treatment plans to achieve positive outcomes.

· Be passionate about the disability industry and committed to providing a person-centred and individualised care approach.

· Enjoy working with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds.

· Demonstrate an ability to work independently and reflectively.

· Have a positive mindset, be adaptable and eager to deliver Allied Health services in a wide variety of settings.

· Demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other health professionals, families and support networks.

To commence you will need: 

· Speech Pathology Australia membership

· Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

· NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

· Satisfactory Working with Children's Check (Employee)

· Current Driver’s License
