Our application process


Here’s what our application process looks like, so you know what to expect.

Step 1. Decide on what to apply for

It is important that you apply to:

  • A program that you’re eligible for; and
  • A team that suits your skills and goals. To explore what program and team are best matched to you, visit our dedicated ‘Programs and Business Streams’ page.

Step 2. Submit your application

Once you’ve identified the program and team that are best suited to your experience and skills, submit your CV, cover letter and academic transcript through our dedicated portal.

Step 3. Phone interview or Video Interview

If you’re what we’re looking for, one of our recruiters will give you a call or invite you to complete a one-way video interview. We take this opportunity to understand:

  • Who you are
  • Why you want to join the team at Crowe Horwath
  • How your career aspirations align with your selected Crowe Horwath business stream

Step 4. Interview or networking evening

A final stage in this process involves a one-on- one interview with a Partner in your selected business stream.

Step 5. Psychometric profiling

To verify our Partner’s interview feedback, we will send you a small series of psychometric tests to complete. These will measure your suitability to the selected role and business stream, based on your personality and aptitude.

Step 6. Reference check

'Finally, we make contact with your nominated previous employer(s), school and/or university to learn a little more about your employment history, educational background and qualifications.
