Here’s what our application process looks like, so you know what to expect.
Step 1. Decide on what to apply for
It is important that you apply to:
A program that you’re eligible for; and
A team that suits your skills and goals. To explore what program and team are best matched to you.
Step 2. Submit your application
Once you’ve identified the program and team that are best suited to your experience and skills, submit your CV and academic transcript through our careers page.
Step 3. Video Interview
If you’re what we’re looking for, one of our recruiters will invite you to complete a one-way video interview.
Step 4. Psychometric profiling
We will send you a small series of psychometric tests to complete if you have progressed to the next stage. These will measure your suitability to the selected role and business stream, based on your personality and aptitude.
Step 5. Interview and/or assessment centre
A final stage in this process involves a one-on- one interview with a Partner in your selected business stream and a chance to demonstrate your expertise in a group assessment centre.
Step 6. Reference check
'Finally, we make contact with your nominated previous employer(s), school and/or university to learn a little more about your employment history, educational background and qualifications.
