You are keen to bring your enthusiasm for construction to join a leading property practice and launch your legal career. You are a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with an eye for detail and ideally some experience in preparing and reviewing contractual documentation. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to learn. You are a team player with a collaborative approach to work.
Working closely with partner Matthew Taylor, the graduate role will be doing a mix of front and back end construction, working on a broad range of matters including construction, development and infrastructure. The role will see you working alongside senior lawyers to prepare and negotiate all types of agreements, contracts and documents for building and engineering projects as well as dispute resolution of all types in all relevant tribunals.
