Graduate Development Programs

The two-year rotational development program will help you build the technical and leadership skills needed to accelerate your career while working on projects that have a real impact on our business.  

Programs you can join:  

Edison Engineering Development Program  

Learn from GE experts how to apply your technical skills to solve real world problems through our Advanced Courses in Engineering. You’ll complete 3-4 rotations over the course of 2-3 years and experience working across a broad range of areas including hardware development and design, testing and software.  

Financial Management Program 

Start your pathway to leadership and build expertise in corporate finance and business. You’ll hone your craft through a mix of coursework, in-person and virtual courses and four rotations across core areas commercial finance, financial planning and analysis, supply chain finance and more.    

Digital Technology Leadership Program  

Work at the heart of how our global teams operate and help us solve challenging technology problems. Experience working different areas of technology like data analytics, cyber security and technical product management. Twice a year you will have the opportunity to attend in person training alongside other graduates, as well as access to virtual learning throughout the program.   

Commercial Leadership Program  

Kick start your career in sales and marketing. You’ll go through 3-4 placements in areas like marketing strategy and commercial operations, and build vital skills like critical thinking and leadership. You’ll have access to leadership to help support your development.  

Internships

Collaborate with your peers on real projects and challenges that help you put what you learn at university into practice. Hiring is based on business need however, typically applications open between December and February.

  • Assessment centre. Here you’ll take part in a group and individual exercise and have the opportunity to meet with current grads and senior staff
