The product suite provides AI and automation technologies used by hundreds of thousands of accounting & bookkeeping firms and SMEs globally helping them to operate more productively.

Key responsibilities -  Account Manager
In this Junior Account Manager role, you can be expected to be:
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive transition for customers after their onboarding process
  • Developing & maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Introducing existing partners to new & premium products
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless buying & development process
  • Mitigating any cancellations or contraction churn by supporting stakeholders with a positive experience

Job requirements - Account Manager
  • Sales experience is important, ideally within B2B
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed targets
  • SaaS experience is a bonus!
  • A passion for technology
  • Communication skills and a positive approach to your work
  • Excellent stakeholder management of all levels
  • Professional, persistent, and process-driven
  • An understanding of the accounting & book-keeping industry
  • Retention experience would be desirable but not essential
  • A track record of consistently meeting targets
