Job description – Business Development Representative
In this Business Development Representative job in Sydney, you will be the first point of contact with prospective clients and work with sales and marketing teams in the APAC region.

This is an opportunity to receive mentorship and coaching, but also an environment to work autonomously as you develop a deeper understanding of their product and systems.

Key responsibilities - Business Development Representative
In this Business Development Executive job in Sydney, you can expect the following duties, but not limited to:
  • Seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Identify prospects’ needs to suggest appropriate products
  • Outbound prospecting
  • Manage inbound leads
  • Set up meetings with prospective customers
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth partner on-boarding process
  • Tracking and reporting on the sales pipeline with the wider team
Job requirements - Business Development Representative
  • Previous experience in a target-driven environment (ideally over the phone & video)
  • Passionate about technology and finance
  • Communication is key with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proven creative problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to learn and curiosity to keep developing your knowledge about the wider industry
  • Self-motivated
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable but not essential
  • An understanding of accounting processes and SaaS is a huge plus
