Key responsibilities - Customer Success Advisor
In this Customer Success Advisor job, you can expect the following tasks, but not limited to:
  • Building, retaining & growing the customer base
  • Developing relationships between the customer & support team
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Conducting virtual/on-site business reviews with clients
  • Identify product improvements from customer feedback, industry trends, competitors etc
  • Lots of opportunities to travel (COVID permitted) interstate and more!
This client-focused role allows you to deep dive into the product and build relationships with its customers. It allows you to lay the foundation to support a career path in any department (e.g. operations, sales etc)

Job requirements - Customer Success Advisor
  • Educated to degree level
  • A real passion to join a startup! If you're new to this all, we're here to help you understand life at a startup
  • Any previous experience in the property/construction/project management industry is a bonus but not essential
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Team player who is result-oriented 
  • Ability to build rapport easily with a genuine curiosity in client's business
  • Entrepreneurial flair
  • Resilience and proactive positive spirit

  • Growth mindset
